- Fragrance Oils and Safety
Fragrance oils sold by Prestige Aroma are intended for scenting and fragrance diffusion purposes only.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, fragrance oils must not be ingested, applied directly to the skin, used near the eyes, or used for any medical, cosmetic, or therapeutic purpose.
Customers should keep fragrance oils away from children, pets, direct sunlight, heat sources, and open flames. Customers should also ensure that fragrance oils are suitable for the intended environment, especially where children, elderly persons, pregnant women, pets, or individuals with allergies or respiratory sensitivities are present.
Prestige Aroma is not responsible for reactions, sensitivities, or damage caused by improper use, excessive use, or use in unsuitable environments.
- Returns and Exchanges
Return and exchange requests may be accepted subject to the following conditions:

The product must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and returned with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and proof of purchase.
Fragrance oils that have been opened, used, damaged, or tampered with cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, unless a verified manufacturing defect exists.
If the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must notify Prestige Aroma within [Insert Timeframe, e.g. 24 or 48 hours] of receiving the order and provide photos or videos showing the issue.
All return and exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by Prestige Aroma. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Prestige Aroma may offer repair, replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on the case and applicable UAE consumer protection laws.
- Three-Year Warranty on Devices
Prestige Aroma provides a three-year warranty on scenting devices from the date of purchase.
The warranty applies to eligible devices purchased directly from Prestige Aroma and covers manufacturing defects under normal use, subject to the terms stated in this section.
To claim warranty service, the customer must provide valid proof of purchase, such as an invoice, order confirmation, or receipt.
The warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, dropping, impact, liquid damage, fire, excessive heat, humidity, or improper storage.
Damage caused by incorrect installation, incorrect operation, poor maintenance, or failure to follow the user manual or instructions.
Damage or malfunction caused by using unsuitable, unauthorized, diluted, contaminated, or non-compatible oils or liquids.
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, scratches, discoloration, or damage that does not affect the device’s functionality.
Consumable parts, filters, tubes, nozzles, batteries, accessories, or replacement parts unless expressly covered.
Repairs, modifications, tampering, or opening of the device by any person or service provider not authorized by Prestige Aroma.
Damage caused by electrical issues, power surges, unstable voltage, or use of incompatible adapters or power sources.
Warranty service may include inspection, repair, replacement of defective parts, or replacement of the device at Prestige Aroma’s discretion. Replacement products or parts may be new or equivalent in performance.
The warranty period begins from the date of purchase and is not restarted or extended after repair or replacement, unless required by applicable law.
- Offers, Discounts, and Promotions
Prestige Aroma may offer promotions, discounts, coupon codes, bundles, or special campaigns from time to time.
All offers are subject to availability, specific terms, expiry dates, and any conditions stated with the promotion.
